Plumber /handyman for small job Tuesday at 4pm

Looking for plumber/handyman to: 1) install a shut off valve on copper fridge water line. I brought a 1/2 inch valve that hopefully works. 2) install two cabinet hinges. One hinge is being replaced however holes will need to be put into the cabinet door for the second hinge. Please send your price and advise if you are available this Tuesday at 330/4pm. Thanks!
