Description
Our company provides maintenance and light construction services to multi-unit residential buildings in the DC Metro area. We are looking for someone to assist one of our experienced Lead Technicians, occasionally deliver parts and materials to job sites, and possibly handle some office tasks.
--This can be a full time job or part time position.
--Hours are flexible. Days can also be flexible with advance notice.
--No construction or maintenance experience necessary, but it would be helpful.
--You must have reliable transportation to/from DC.
--You must have a smart phone and a home computer (to input time sheets) and respond to emails.
--You must be legally able to work in the US.
--Clean driving record (Doesn't need to be perfect, but no major issues).
--This position will lead to a Lead Technician position ($25-35/hour) for the right person.
