Front St and Pemberton St in Queen Village 'hood. They took an angle grinder to my Mini Bulldog lock, and cut through the cable that attached to rear wheel. They were kind enough to leave my helmet with straps cut, and the cut lock & cable. My friend is asking today for possible camera footage from neighbors.
