Biketoberfest retail sales needed

We are looking for 2 salespeople for Biketoberfest for our store on Main Street and possibly one more for a booth at the Beaver Bar as well. Pay is hourly $14/hr plus bonuses on performance. We want you to make more money if you help us make money! We want to train you for success, so start date is Oct 10 and last day is Oct 17. Oct 10,11,12 on Main Street are shorter hours. 11-6pm aprox Rally dates are Oct 13,14,15,16,17 Hours can vary according to foot traffic, but ideally during the rally there are 2 shifts, 9:30-6pm and 4pm-11pm or if I can find a rockstar to work for 12-14 hours a day then that would be golden! Need someone with a GREAT personality, that can stand for the duration of the shift to sell biker jewelry & clothing. Clean appearance, and willing to help and smile to every single person that walks in. The ideal person needs to be flexible, as they can be hanging up tshirts, restocking rings, merchandising the store, sweeping at the beginning of each day and taking the trash out at the end of the shift.
