Multi instrumentalist looking for people to make challenging music with. Been playing music for 30 years and have been in many different kinds of band but all veered toward the experimental / outsider side of the spectrum. Started out playing drums, but over the years have ventured into guitar, bass, clarinet, synths, oscillators and outsider sound engineering. I'm into any new ideas and I always like challenging myself. I have an absurd amount of equipment to mess with, currently trying to figure out a studio/rehearsal space... Don't necessarily want to sound like any of these artists, but some frames of reference are: Talk Talk, William Basinski, The Ex, Burial, Jon Hassell, Grouper, Pharaoh Sanders, Autechre, Andrew Chalk, Faust, Bardo Pond, This Heat, Coil, The Dead C, Dog Faced Hermans, Sarah Davachi, Daniel Schmidt, Suicide, Chrome... I currently have a few remote music projects ongoing and also run a small record label. Into trying out any ideas. Even looking for like minded people just to hang out with and yap endlessly about difficult music...
