Saw this one wondering the streets very slowly riddled with fleas, hungry, vision problems and a cough. This little terrier is kind, but very weary and having trouble eating. I will be taking the dog to OC Animal care for medical help and hopefully their owner will be able to find them. Please let anyone know if you recognize this dog.
