Please help very sweet female American pocket bully

Please no judgment....Rehomeing our 3 1/2 sweet girl. In the last year she has had some skin issues that started out as possibly hot spots. But has gotten pretty bad. Iching red skin, that she scratches till it bleeds and her fur is falling out. We have tried creams ointments, home remedies, taken her to the vet flea baths and medicine, antibiotics. She is miserable and I can't afford to treat her anymore or afford more tests to try and figure it out. Looking for a loving family that can afford to take her on. She is so loving and just wants to be with her people. She's good with cats, dogs, kids, leash, she'll hang outside with you while you do yard work. She likes the river but not the water lol. She doesn't bark but will talk to you in kinda a throaty growly voice, she's crate trained and potty trained. Please text with any questions.
