I managed several rental properties and have a steady supply of general handyman work which includes ALL trades (plumbing, electrical, painting, Roofing, appliance repair, etc). I need someone to be my "go to" guy. Must live in Gainesville or Alachua county/general area. Must be stable and be here for the long haul. Must have truck and tools of the trade. Rate is negotiable and based on years of experience. We pay via CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
