Description

We are remodeling a home that needs the basement walls to be framed out along with some bedrooms in the basement. At the main level, we will be needing to remove two load-bearing walls and replace them with a beam. The top-level has two bedrooms which we are looking to have a shed dormer framed in at a 12/2 pitch. We also are building a new construction garage with an ADU on top in the back of the house. We will need that to be framed out as well. We have building plans and engineering complete. The ideal candidate has a small team. Can read plans and execute. Has at least four years of experience and can start immediately. Materials will be provided. Licensed-Bonded-Insured. Have enough work to last through winter if desired.
