You're invited to visit the studio during Vermont's
In my studio you will find me hand-binding journals, photo albums, and guest books using traditional bookbinding techniques. I really enjoy making blank books each book is meant to be transformed by the owner. The owner of one of my books will put his or her own life experiences into the book, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
I also enjoy creating artist's books - this is when the combination of text, imagery, and structure result in the book becoming an art object, in and of itself. It is meant to be touched and interacted with.
Come for a tour of the studio, demonstrations, and captivating conversation about the world of handmade books. There will be savings up to 50% off seconds and discontinued styles. Bookbinding supplies will also be available for purchase. And wait until you see my paper drawers!
This event is free and children are welcome!
