I was flying into Pittsburgh from Chicago (ORD) on August 25th. Delayed flight. Sat next to a passenger who was incredibly kind and understanding. I had a puppy (Zoe) with me that could not hold something any more due to the delays and had an accident. She was incredibly helpful and I would like to say thank you. She went above and beyond to help more than any passenger should have. I only know her name is Gretchen (has a dog named Gertrude) and was coming in from Los Angeles (hope that is enough information to find them). If by chance you know of her (lives in Pittsburgh) could you guide her to this message.
