Need guitar electronic fix

Hi, I've recently had a Sustainiac installed into my guitar and there seems to be an issue with screeching. I sent it back to the guy who installed it and it still seems to do it. I am looking for someone who is well versed with Sustainiac to see if I can get this rectified ASAP. Thank you!
