***WORK A 4-DAY WEEK***   Kelly Services is hiring for a MACHINE OPERATORS and DETAILERS for a company in Austin, TX. This position is temporary to permanent and for 2nd shift - Monday thru Friday from 3:30 PM to 2 AM. Pay is $17+ hourly/DOE Machine Operators/Hardware Technicians read and interpret manufacturing drawings (drawings / blueprints and schematics) to install hardware on fabricated parts, including setting up and operating hardware and insertion machines. Perform visual and dimensional inspections.  Detailers will be assembling metal parts, fittings, and/or subassemblies using layout tools, hand tools, power tools, and/or fasteners, such as bolts, screws, rivets, helicoils, etc. Must be able to perform repetitive work – bend, stoop, stand, push, pull, lift loads of 50 lbs Must be a quick learner, a team player, quality conscious and have keen attention to detail Read, follow blueprints, diagrams and instructions to put units together High school diploma or equivalent required
