Looking for handyman or handywoman very experienced with carpenter work. --Must have his own transportation and tools.We currently have apartment units in need of moderate repair and we are looking to expand experienced handymen and handywomen. Serious people only! Requirements: Must have own tools. Must have transportation. Must have extensive experience. Must have a proactive attitude. Must be able to travel to Kinston, NC to work. There will be other locations needing work in the future. Repairs needing fixed: You should be familiar with most of these below. • Holes and soft spots in subfloor. • Moderate plumbing repairs under home and in master bathroom sink and shower. • Fix leaks in ceiling and skylight. • Minor electrical. • Install carpet, linoleum or vinyl flooring. • Paint. • Broken windows. • Repair drywall. • remove mold where needed. • Building steps or a deck in front of the home.
