Medium Term Job - Handyman/carpenter/painter

Looking for someone to work from now until the end of the year helping me restore a 1916 house. Pay from $3500-5500/month depending on experience and can be paid direct deposit biweekly with a W2 (including tax withholding). Work will usually be 5 days a week and you will be expected to work independently. TB hablo espanol. Please apply if you are can do at least 3 of the following: - Trim Carpentry - Build scaffolding and work on 2nd story - Install Siding - Paint prep and paint (plus if you have a spray rig) - Drywall sheet install You will need most of your own tools, but may borrow some as needed. Please reply with information about experience and 2-5 photos of past work if possible. Background check and references REQUIRED.
