Groomer Needed for Senior Dog

I am desperately in need of a professional dog groom that i can either take my dog to, if not too far or can come to my house to groom my 17 year old, 15 pound, Shihpoo. She is super sweet but absolutely terrified of being groomed. Even as scared as she is of being groomed, she is not aggressive. She will shake, wriggle horribly, scream and do whatever she can to be uncooperative but she has not been aggressive. My vet gave me medication to give her an hour before grooming to help calm her, which does help some but she is still very difficult to groom. I am not looking for a fashionable style grooming. I basically just want her shaved down to a #7FC/#10. She will let you shave her body down but the legs and feet are the big problem. If any professional groomer out there is up for the challenge please let me know. My vet's groomer retired and it is extremely difficult to find a grooming parlor that will take in a super difficult dog to groom. She really is an exceptionally sweet dog. She just has this extreme fear of being groomed due to abuse she experienced years ago. Thank you so much.
