Help my mother in law with a homeless cat

My mother inlaw has been feeding this female cat for over 3 years now. She showed up at my inlaws one day. She is almost 80 and can not be responsible for taking care of it any more. I have 2 cats and 3 dogs myself and can’t take her in. If anyone would like to have her please contact me or if you just have some info on what else I can do for this cat I would like that advice too. This cat is an outside cat. She seems very sweet. We don’t know much more about her
