Double D Turf LLC specializes in golf course and sports field aeration services including Drill & Fill, Deep Drill, Deep Tine, Core Aeration, Topdressing, and more. We are looking for a new team member to operate equipment. We are family owned and operated (Father & Son) and treat our team members like family. Our ideal candidate would both operate equipment on job sites and also do some service/cleaning of equipment in our shop as needed. We will provide training and you will not be alone at a job site. We strongly prefer a candidate that has some golf course maintenance experience and/or tractor operation familiarity. This part-time position is ideal for a retired person looking for part-time outdoor work. However, for the right candidate this position could develop into a fulltime position. Golf Course maintenance experience strongly preferred. Basic mechanical proficiency strongly preferred. Driver’s License and reliable transportation required. For our part-time equipment operators, the weekly work schedule is variable due to job types, job location, and weather. Long hours are common (overtime paid), but no Weekends or Holiday’s. Hotel rooms are offered when logistics dictate the occasional need and employees are given their own room at good-quality name-brand hotels, dinner provided. Candidate will receive an hourly wage, plus overtime after forty hours. Vehicle travel expenses covered when traveling directly to a job site. $30/hour Benefits: (for full-time employees) Healthcare and Retirement available after 90 days Start Date: Immediately Our warehouse is located in Cream Ridge NJ but you do not need to live near there. For example, we have employees who live in PA and commute to job sites, or the warehouse, as needed.
