House Sale Prep - handyman/paint, clean-out $200 CASH

Job available immediately and I am estimating a full 7 hours of work for $200 CASH. The house is on the market for sale. Need someone with some painting skills(3 window trim, minor touch-ups mostly inside/outside all lower level). If you can haul way items, I will pay you additional travel time, unload, gas, dump fee. Work includes: Trim painting, window cleaning(inside, some outside lower level), Re-attaching fixtures(outlet faceplates), replace mailbox, install smoke detectors, sweep up basement, spackle nail holes, carrying items for hauling. Items for hauling(=1 full load pickup truck): 1 mattress, 2 recliners, 3-4 lamps, wood pallet, Approx. 10 wood boards, 2 or 3 shelving units, 2 drawer filing cabinets x 2, 1 wood desk, dishware, Pots/pans, plus a 2 or 3 trash bags(?). Note that some of these items are usable but I just don't have time to deal with them. All materials/supplies on hand but you should have some of your own tools because I am limited on tools. I can help carry items for hauling and list above might change slight in case I already do a few things myself or have something else similar to add to list. Thank very much!
