Professional Contractors needed for Stage bidding. Only contact if you have a business & Gen Liab Insurance - Permit filing will be required for each stage. Home had basement fire in May Home is completely clear of all personal items & appliances. Stages to Bid 1. Removal of Drywall (ceiling+walls), Wires and all Plumbing. This is wanted ASAP. 2. Re-frame based on Architect Plans -- currently 1 flr + basement. Adding 2/flr space now. We will keep all existing outside walls but will redo inside walls, 1st floor joist, attic joists and add 2-3 Dormers. 3. Full Plumbing (Incl. Nat. Gas, Water, Drain & Sewer lines) -- we have demo permit filed so gas meter pulled but pipes still against current home. New plans being finalized but assume we will re-run outside slightly and all new lines inside. 4. HVAC - not damaged in fire and unit working well. Move current Attic unit closer to eaves and relocate/run lines after new framing complete. New Lines wanted in Basement as it will be finished. 5. Full Electrical (Temp. Meter/outside Stand wanted ASAP + Full Wiring Inside once Plumbing rough-ins done. Again, DO NOT contact if you do not have license & Gen.Liab insurance as that will be first thing required.
