Join us for a heart opening evening of cacao ceremony, meditation, and dancing underneath the light of the Full Moon. The full moon marks a time for rebirth, and renewing our intentions and pact to ourselves. Whether your intention is to cultivate more self-awareness, self-love, gratitude, drive, or courage within your life, when we come together in community under the full moon we ignite our collective intentions. We will open the evening with a Cacao Ceremony and a meditation. Cacao is a beautiful heart opening medicine that has been used for thousands of years in Mayan and other Meso american cultures. The active ingredient responsible for the heart opening effect is called Theobromine which directly translates to Food of the Gods. This medicine was highly respected and revered and also has a ton of health benefits including increased blood circulation due to the Theobormine content. Once we have sat with the Cacao, the evening will open into an ecstatic dance container. everyone will be given silent disco headsets and we will have a wonderful Full Moon dance on the beach. We are so excited to share this magic with you!
