Do you want to live your best life? Let's work together to create a picture/vision of you living your highest level of wellbeing. Join COVA Brewing & Semper Wellness, LLC. for a special COVA Moves Series wellness event! The event will consist of one hour of hands-on activity and creativity. During the wellness vision workshop, we will create your individual wellness vision through a collage of images, words, and inspiration to help you discover your wellness goals in a collaborative setting. Magazines, poster boards, and supplies will be provided but bringing along extra magazines that inspire you are certainly welcomed & encouraged! The ticket includes wellness vision board supplies, professional health, and wellness coaching & a coffee-bar drink of your choice from the COVA Moves limited menu to sip during or after class!
