Art All Night festival is back and bigger than ever. The highly anticipated Art All Night music, art, and food festival is headed back to Congress Heights Plaza. Activating several businesses along the MLK main streets corridor + UDC and The Gateway Pavilion this years festival is larger than life. Free tickets and a blow out line-up you can't put a price on. Destination Congress Heights is a designated DC Main Street Program by the District Department of Small and Local Business Development.
