We have 2 mobile homes that are in need of a full refurb. They are located on Ten Mile road side by side in Pensacola FL. Both have power and water, one has working ac, the other needs new package ac. Both have rotten wood in floors and floor joists and walls need paneling removed then studs cut out and replaced. Both have some termite damage that will need to be sprayed from underneath. One has mold / mildew from roof leaks, both need to be painted on outside. Both need to be crawled underneath and remove hanging insulation and rotten wood. Both need to be rent ready in 2 weeks. We will pay for all materials. You run all materials and haul away trash.
