These two seasoned networkers and unabashed do-gooders will be sharing insights about the 2021 United Way of the Plains campaign, including social media, PR strategy and the making of United Way's 2-minute campaign video with Justin McClure Creative. Our monthly meeting will take place IN PERSON from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 6 at Larkspur. Ticket price includes buffet lunch and water, coffee or tea. She is well known throughout the community given her career in developing award-winning strategic marketing and communication initiatives in the manufacturing, transportation, healthcare and nonprofit sectors. She most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she championed the Wichita flag. Since starting at United Way, Angie has overseen the creation of the 2021 United Way campaign video, the 2020 annual impact report and significant growth on United Way's social media channels. Kristin Bogner is United Way's digital marketing strategist, focusing on the organization's social media efforts. Kristin formerly taught high school journalism, most notably at Andover High School. When she decided she wanted to use some of the journalism skills she was teaching, Kristin first took a position as marketing director at local nonprofit Fundamental Learning Center. She has been at United Way for 2 1/2 years.
