I’m looking for a one bedroom or more important budget if $1200 monthly or less! Inventory in Carson has been a little bleak lately and I’ve had very little luck finding something in Carson it would be for my mother and I because I work so many hours and two different jobs I can sleep on the couch my Mom needs a room! We moved from California up here a couple months ago and I’ve taken care of my mother for over 20 years so before we end up without a roof over our head thought I would give this a shoot! I can also do work for you if you have a guest house and need a handy man! I’m skilled in carpentry, general maintenance, help with maintaining your property in exchange for a rent reduction. I’m 59 and healthy as a 30 year old my mom is only 75 and can take care of herself she’s still very active! I’m a clean person! No drugs, I don’t drink! Not because of anything like it’s a problem just not big on alcohol except a glass maybe with dinner but I’m just more of a stay busy person and this is a first for us I’ve owned my own home for years and we wanted to live in Nevada close to Tahoe so we moved here and not thinking it would be so hard to find a place that would be a budget that works for us I’m desperate now, so if you are looking for someone that will pay on time every month and looking for a tenant that will stay around for a few years I’m that person, appreciate any help from whom ever reads this post and has a place or knows of someone looking for really good tenants that can refer a place to me that will much appreciated.
