The Sound Bath experience targets the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual components of the mind-body connection Join us Tuesday, September 28th, from 7:30-9PM for our immersive Sound Bath Experience. Led by Leigh and Brendan, the Sound Bath was created to be a self-care experience to aid in the healing and strengthening of the mind-body connection. The Sound Bath experience targets the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual components of the mind-body connection by utilizing the amazing healing powers of sound vibrations. These vibrations allow us to release energy blockages and let go of unhealthy patterns. As we shift our vibrations away from harmful lower frequencies we allow ourselves to transform into the best version of ourself.
