How to Expunge and/or Seal Eligible Criminal Records - Bolingbrook, Illinois Volunteer attorneys will be on hand to discuss the laws regarding expungement & sealing, answering eligibility questions, and assisting with completing paper work if you qualify. THIS PROGRAM IS FREE!!!! Please bring copies of your Criminal Records to the meeting. Records are available at the Will County Circuit Clerk's Office, 100 W Jefferson St. Joliet, IL. They can also provide you with information about any potential costs associated with filing paperwork. Filing criteria and information packets will be provided at the event.
