It's Margarita Time! Please join us in Agave Sunset, the restaurant located just off of the hotel main lobby. How is tequila created and what makes our Agave Sunset double barrel resposado so unique? Shake it up and learn to create your own margarita to enjoy. Follow that with some friendly competition as you break into groups and create your own guacamole with a variety of ingredients. The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells chefs will decide the winners! How to Prepare: Wear clothing you are comfortable cooking in and be prepared to enjoy some tasty margaritas and guac! Please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time. All cooking supplies will be provided for you.
