Behind the Screens: Film Convention

Join us for an afternoon of locally produced film screenings, art, & film related material. The first ever, Behind the Screen Film Convention consist of local filmmakers will be showcasing films produced by them at Moonlight Adobe Hall. Artists who registered were paired with the filmmakers in order to interpret the film(s) and create a completely original piece according to who they were partnered with. The filmmakers will be introduced in a panel after their short films are screened in order to learn more about them. An exhibit will accompany the screenings, which will include the artists pieces, props and other material from the filmmakers process such as their screenplays and other equipment. Food and beverages will be available by Casa del Humo and Three Missions Trail Brewery, art installations by Laura Turon's Paradox Immersive Art.
