What to expect in this workshop: - Learn how food can influence women’s health from Renae Tapply, Holistic Health Coach and Chef Ashley Tresoline-Recipes using seasonal ingredients to balance your plate. ( Featuring Hardwick Wines in some of dishes) -A fun real talk about hormone health and women’s wellness-Q&A-Cooking demo and samples of everything demoed -Handouts on hormone health, recipes and meal guidance -A glass of complimentary Fall Sangria or Seasonal Punch from Hardwick Winery. Ashley Tresoline is a personal chef who shares her love of health and wellness through food for the past 6 ½ years. She has been teaching educational cooking classes for ages 4-100 to help them understand the value of healthy organic food and its impact on your overall health. She is a frequent guest on Mass Appeal, has been featured on Pioneer Valley Communities, profiled on the Chikmedia blog, featured in Macaroni Kid as well as written for Business West and Health Care News. Ashley believes that health starts from the inside out.Ashley is a very active member of her community and an advocate for MS.
