Learn how to create small groups based on your individual class data, as well as how to manage the logistics of running small groups!
Now that we've paced out our year in standards and taken a look at how the standards 'stack' up in a vertical alignment process, it's time to create small groups based on data so we can get to work on mastery!
At this workshop, you'll be provided with your BPST, Fluency and STAR test data so you can begin to group kiddos in small groups.
We'll start brainstorming ideas on how the logistics of small groups look-what does balancing the whole class lesson with pull-outs look like? What are other students working on while you are working with a small group? How do you organize your small group lessons and keep track of progress? Do students stay in the same groups or are your groups flexible?
You'll also be provided with binders and clear sleeves to create visuals for your groups.
And, of course, we'll have food and fellowship! Encourage your team to come together so you can get everyone's ideas and input! ❤️
