Looking for artist to share my current large art studio

studio is safe and in a commercial building; (nice clean quiet industrial vibe) I'm renting via Art Explosion. I have a studio mate who is leaving for new work and I'm looking to fill their spot. I am an illustrator and painter; seeking someone with a practice that involves similar processes and mediums(but I am open to others) Rent is $475 each, space is shared equally. I have other work but don't want to leave this spot. Its a killer spot, great for focusing and creating. Please respond with some info about yourself and your practice-and how soon you are looking to move to a new art studio! I don't have 360images here but space is about 2x what is shown in first image. Happy to answer questions. Text or email is fine.
