New Wine Events presents Genesis Dance Event: a house, trance, and bass rave with food, drink, and art vendors. Come enjoy a night at the Downtown Dream in downtown Tulare. We are building the 'dream' by cultivating community relationships with 5 hours of DJ performances, food trucks, drinks, and art vendors.
