Bards of the Big Sky presents original plays by Montana playwrights, featuring Cynthia Webb's "Driver's Ed", a short play that examines that parenting dilemma: which is scarier, teaching a teenager to drive or answering teenage sex questions...; Pamela Jamruszka Mencher's "Montana Fish Story" explores what might happen when fishermen come into conflict on the banks of blue ribbon trout waters, the Missouri River; and Jay Kettering's "Flotsam, Jetsam & Bill". In this dark comedy, we find Bill, a middle-aged man, on the banks of the Blackfoot River whose plans are interrupted by a young stranger singing a familiar tune. The production also features original music by Bozeman actor and musician, John Hosking. Material is appropriate for audiences 12 and up.
