This workshop shifts youth mindset from lack to an abundance mindset. It is for girls ages 12-17. Team Up Connections presents a She Shall Rise workshop brought to you by Help Adolescents Speak Out! In this workshop youth can expect to learn: How to keep going through these difficult times How to deal with emotions, feelings, and thoughtsHave an outlet to embrace their natural selves Shift your mindset from not enough to more than enoughUnderstand skills & tools to envision a great future Lunch is provided and free to all Team Up Connection Members! Help Adolescents Speak Out is a personal development company for youth 11-19.
