Join us outside at the park to breath, stretch, and flow in nature! Classes are held weekly on Sundays at 10:30 am. If you've missed your yoga practice or are just looking to move your body and meet some new and amazing like-minded people then come flow with us at the Park! :) We will meet every Sunday to stretch, connect and practice yoga in this beautiful LA weather. Classes are for people of all ages and all skill levels. We are here to support and guide you throughout your entire practice; holding a safe space to explore new ideas with your body and mind. A little bit about us :) We are Luciana and Nicole! We received our Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance in 2019. We are so excited to share this outdoor space with you and to get our bodies moving together! Please bring your own yoga mat, water and any props you may find useful, such as a bolster or blocks. We will be out in the sun, so don't forget your sunscreen ;) Hand sanitizer is provided! Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in, settled and grounded into your space. Just look for the yoga mats and fellow yogis! The park is not only beautiful with an incredible view of downtown, but also spacious! There are clean bathrooms and water fountains right near the parking lot by the ranger station. PARKING: There is a parkting lot located at the park as well as street parking. Parking in the lot is easy and conveint. You can also downlaod the Passport App for easy payment. NOTE: Attendees are asked to follow CDC recommended COVID-19 guidelines including practicing a social distance of 6 feet.
