Drummer Seeking Band in the "CV"

Drummer with 10+ years experience looking for new project. I'm 34 and a student, but not starting school up again until January, so I am currently wide open to work on something. I have an SUV for hauling gear/transportation. My main influences are Punk and Ska but I also would be open to some sort of Indie/Alt-Rock/Electronic project as well. Think Chvrches or The Naked and Famous in that area. Just moved to Palm Desert in January, but have spent a lot of time out here before that. I have been outta the game for a few years to focus on school, therefore I don't currently have drums but can re-acquire some easy if something works out. This time around I was actually thinking of trying an electronic kit out. Not sure if this will work for everything. In the case it doesn't, I could get acoustic drums. Being in the Coachella Valley, I was thinking an e-kit would come in handy since there are currently no rehearsal studios in the area that I know of. I would also be open to collaboration over the internet as well in the right situation. I could eventually record my own drums at home with an e-kit. Just an idea. Ideally, a local band would be best, but at this point we never know if the world will end randomly, so I'm open to ideas. I have a recorded album from a previous band I can send some tracks of, if interested. Thanks
