Let's run and drink beer! Join us at Slyfox Brewing on Oct 14 and get to know the PA Brewery Running Series BEER RUN "LITE"! Join us at SlyFox Brewing on Thursday Oct 14 for a super causal 2 mile fun run / walk and delicious craft beer.  This event is FREE to attend, but please RSVP! Runners get $2 off their beers, and first 10 to check in will get their first brew on us. Check in starts at 5:30 PM | Run / Walk / Jog starts at 6PM We've mapped out a course to start and end at the taproom. Complete the course and hang out for a post-run beer!  We'll send any specific details you need to know + a link to the course map the morning of the event. WHAT WE DO: We are the Brewery Running Series and we run for beer! We organize (mostly) 5k-ish, fun-run courses that all start and end at local breweries. No time clock, no pressure – just a really good reason to drink really good beer! We welcome all levels of runners, walkers, joggers and crawlers - it's fun for the whole fam! WHY WE DO IT:  Our mission is to be active, have fun, and give back! In addition to pairing some exercise and good beer, a portion of all proceeds go back to local non-profits. HOW WE GOT HERE: The Brewery Running Series™ started in Minneapolis, MN in 2012 by Nate Herrington and Morgan Jappe. They wanted to combine their favorite things – being active, drinking beer, and supporting their community. Turns out, a few thousand other locals share those same interests! A few years, and tens of thousands of beers and miles later, they decided to branch out. We're excited to be bringing Brewery Running Series events to our great state of PA! Co-founders Alyssa and Gabe here - gearing up for our first season and want to get to know our community! Everyone is invited to enjoy the day’s entertainment: live music, great food, giveaways, and activities with partners and sponsors. Everyone receives a craft brew, and collectors pint glass or seasonal swag item. 10% of our proceeds help support our nonprofit partners.
