An Empowerment Series to Rediscover the Beauty Within October 15th Friday 7-9pm, October 16th Saturday 7-9pm and October 17th Sunday 5-7pm This 3 day workshop series is a deep dive into the world of self care of the mind, the body and the spirit. During this course we will cover topics such as sacred sexuality, self care routine, movement and more. You will learn tips on how to prioritize self care so you can experience what it is to serve from a full cup. This is your opportunity to reconnect with your rituals or discover new ways to adorn and honor the Goddess within. Each session will be 2 hours long with discussion as well as participation in some of the practices you will be learning. Registration includes access to all workshops and special gifts for you to start building your own self connection ritual.
