Her open and permissive approach, yoga is for everybody brings ease, honesty, and authenticity to all of her classes. Her humor and compassion gives her the ability to meet you on your mat. With the combination of her certifications in yoga and meditation paired with her wellness advocacy and education certification from the Mayo Clinic of Rochester MN, she brings knowledge of whole mind and whole body to her classes. With this passion in mind Annie has found ways to bring yoga and wellness to the public, making it affordable and accessible. Regardless of what the space may be, look like, or where, she has the capability to bring people together, create a community of movement and yoga. Where, regardless of your shape, size, or ability, you feel welcomed, and at home. She states in every class, "I just want you to feel better walking out then when you walked in." And Annie can truly accomplish this.
