Join us for the return of our monthly breakfast lecture series IN PERSON @ General Provision's Downtown Location With Free Coffee + Bites! AAF CreativeZen was born out of a desire for the local AAF Greater Fort Lauderdale & the Palm Beaches chapter of the #AmericanAdvertisingFederation & Choose954 to inspire and engage with our local creative community. Every Creative Zen event includes complimentary coffee and breakfast bites (when in person) before a short inspiring and thought provoking talk during the second Friday morning of the month. All Creative Zen events are free of charge and open to the community, being creative or a member of the Advertising Federation is not required! Pam Butler is the author of “Return to Life: Finding Your Way Back to Balance and Bliss in a Stressed-Out World” and the creator of the Bliss Toolbox Kit, simple daily techniques to celebrate your life and make every day better. Through her personal fifteen-year battle with anxiety, depression, grief, heartbreak, and even PTSD diagnosis, Pam teaches how these experiences can become stepping stones to break free, find healing, and thrive in life. Pams Brittany Berrard is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). In addition, She is a Reiki Practitioner, a Certified Crystal Bodyworker, and a Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor-in-Training. Her spiritual gifts of empathy and sensitivity have allowed her to be intuitively aware of energy imbalances, making her a strong light worker.
