HVAC Zone controller upgrade

Thanks for reading my post. I am hoping to find an experienced HVAC technician to help me install a new zone controller in my HVAC system. Currently running a Honeywell 4 zone with 3 zone attached and think I would like to go to the EcoJay Smartzone 4x to allow installation of new nest thermostats. Open to suggestions though. Might have some other projects as well but want to start here. Please reply with experience level, availability and hourly rate. Thanks
