Owner/builder looking for journeyman carpenter to frame two story, 1475 sq. ft. engineered wood building. Work consists of framing 2 x 6 and 2 x 4 walls, 2 x 10 joists, one stair case, installing Simpson Strong Tie anchor bolts and hold downs, and installing OSB sheathing, subfloor, and roof deck. Carpenter should have at least three years experience framing buildings and should be able to read construction plans. Owner and engineer will be available to answer questions. 1 laborer will be provided to assist carpenter. Owner will provide all tools and supplies. Job will last for two weeks. Job may be extended to include windows and doors, siding, insulation, and finish carpentry. Please reply with your resume or a description of your work experience.
