Learn about (and sample) the legendary spirit and stories behind Absinthe and the Artists who were inspired by it! You probably won't see any "little green fairies" but you will learn and taste the spirit that inspired the legends! This aged 21+ and up event will feature Traditional Absinthes and modern locally made spirits. You will learn the history of Absinthe, how it is made, and the famous artists who enjoyed it while practicing their art. There will be the traditional method of enjoyment [Absinthe Louche] as well as Absinthe-inspired Cocktails! Like ALL ArtPrize Events, this event is free to attend, but space is incredibly limited! You will be given a free sample of Absinthe, but additional samples and cocktails will be available to purchase as well!
