Connect with nature and improve your well-being during “Yoga In The Gardens” on Tuesday, August 17th at the Dothan Area Botanical Gardens. The one-hour class will be held in the Wedding Garden, surrounded by majestic trees and within view of the beautiful Rose Garden. Classes at 8:30am and 5:30pm.
Yoga helps increase flexibility, improve balance, and reduce stress, and the beautiful sights, gentle sounds, and calming effects of the Gardens provides a serene setting for practice. All skill levels are welcome!
Classes will be led by instructor Mia Bolden, who has been practicing yoga for the past 7 years and has been certified/taught for 5 years.
Spaces are limited. Cost is $15 per person for the general public and $10 per person for DABG members.
