Looking for a skilled rehabber to help me with house rehabs/flips. Current one is in Sebastian (all over treasure coast). I have a team and together we do it all from demo to final touch up. Looking to add 1-2 more to it. Looking for all around rehabbers, someone with skills in multiple areas: Demo Painting Drywall Light electrical Light plumbing Carpentry (cabinets, trim, doors) Vinyl flooring Landscaping etc MUST HAVE Your own tools. I have saws, sprayers, but you should have your own power and hand tools for every job. Good communication is critical for me. Must show up Reliable car NEEDED No felonies, hard drug use Good attitude, willing to learn and work in a team Hard work of course. I work hard and expect the same from others Text/call to discuss.
