Waterfront Full service marine dealership in the hart of Palm Beach Gardens FL is looking for an experienced inboard/outboard engine mechanic, detailers, office receptionist and service writer. MECHANIC: Must be able to diagnose, perform maintenance and repairs services, be analytical and good at solving problems without supervision, be organized, reliable, and professional. Must have basic computer skills and ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers. Must have their own tools. Marine industry certifications are a plus! Reliable transportation, valid FL drivers license, be able to pass a drug and criminal background check that is required. Full time position Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hr. lunch) and every other Sat. BOAT DETAILER: Cleaning and polishing boats interior and exterior, wet sanding, compounding, bottom painting, Pressure washing, etc. Must be detail oriented, responsible and reliable as well professional. Compensation, based on experience. WARRANTY AND SERVICE WRITER: Jobs and parts distribution, manage inventory, write out work orders, contact customers with updates, order parts, trouble shooting skills, knowledge of Commander and QuickBooks. Process warranty claims with appropriate company and follow up, etc. Compensation based on experienced. Clean drivers records. Drug free environment. Verifiable references. Background check required. Candidates must have previous experience in customer service, ability to prioritize and multitask, strong computer and communications skills, proficient in QuickBooks, (Microsoft word, excel, outlook ) billing, collection, A/P, A/R, reconciliations of bank statements and credit cards, filling, data entry etc. Problem solving and decision making skills, ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
