Moving Company Looking for Experienced Movers $20 to Start

I’ve been in this business for a longtime and I realize good movers are hard to come by so I do what it takes to hold onto them. I start all my guys at $20hr no matter how much experience you claim to have, you have to prove it through a hard days work on the truck. If you’re official then we can talk numbers I’m open to pay increases. We do great moves and we get tipped well. I pay cash at the end of the work day. We meet at the trucks and then we head to the jobsite. Movers must travel to jobsite in moving trucks NO PERSONAL VEHICLES. You’re paid from the start of your 1st job til the end of your last job minus lunch breaks. I’m sure I sound like a jerk in the post but I just don’t want to deal with any more no shows, flakes or guys that don’t have a clue about moving so they walk off the jobsite.
