I have 2 12 foot by 20 foot rooms available for rental. The rent is $350 for one and $300 on the 2nd unit. Easy ground floor load in. They are located in a building with a recording studio. It is extremely clean there are restrooms a kitchen with dinette. You can rehearse any time you want. I will be working in the my studio. So I will be on the premises 60 hrs a week. You will have a key to your room but NO key to the building. You would have to keep a schedule or just give me 24 to 48 hours notice. You can practice any time you want. Priority goes to serious musicians and I would also consider artists as well. I prefer organized with a schedule and professional in attitude. This space is safe, you are free to keep gear at the space. It is a business so if you have a large band or entourage this is not the space for you. We don’t want the extra traffic.
